Payment Methods
We accept payment via World Pay, the leading secure payment scheme, we accept the following credit cards: - Visa, Delta, Switch, Visa Electron & MasterCard.

You will be given a unique order number when you go to the checkout, please write this on the back of your cheque, postal orders or any correspondence. We will always acknowledge receipt of your payment.

How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order please email or telephone us as soon as possible. It is helpful if you have the order reference number. Any order may be cancelled before despatch for a full refund. Refunds on goods despatched will be made as soon as the goods are returned. Goods should be returned to us at the customers expense.

How can I complain?
We sincerely hope that you never have cause to complain, however if you have any reason for complaint, please email us at sales@woman-zone.co.uk or telephone us. We will investigate your complaint and make every effort to resolve it within 24 hours, but usually much sooner.
